What you missed at TFC: Christmas Party

Over the weekend The Fight Centre Brisbane hosted its annual Christmas party, which saw many of TFC’s members show up to celebrate another great year of achieving goals in fitness, in life, and in the ring.

During the party, there were some awards given around to some of the members under two different categories: Honourable mentions, and dis-honourable mentions.

Some of the honourable mentions included all of the coaching staff and the administrative staff for their hard work throughout the year Tfc servicing the students of at the gym.

The dishonourable mentions, on the other hand, were mostly poking fun at the staff and students for some of the more hilarious events that happened throughout the year. Some of which were things that happened at training, strange things that were said by people in the gym, and odd events that happened during fights which were all fun to look back on later.

Is your new year’s goal to fight Muay Thai? Find out how you can make it happen by improving your diet!

This week also saw Food Bank Queensland come and collect over 150 kg of food which had been donated from the members and friends of Tfc. This will go towards feeding 270 families during the holiday months of the year.

This is a huge effort from the Tfc members and we wish to say a special thank you to everyone who gave up their money in order to purchase food for those in need.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THIS YEAR WHO ATTENDED A CLASS, CAME AND SUPPORTED ANY OF OUR FIGHTERS, AND ALL THOSE WHO MADE AN IMPACT BIG OR SMALL AT TFC!!

Classes will be continuing as normal until  December the 23rd, where a revised schedule will be in place for 2 weeks. Classes return to normal on January the 6th.
