Fight Recap – February
Urban Warfare
February was a huge one for our Boxing Fight team. Urban Warfare took place on February the 12th and saw 6 of our Boxers take to the ring in impressive style. Tarique, Trent, Clint and Diaz all came away with the W’s. George and Owen left their all in the ring with impressive hard fought performances and came up just short via judges decisions (Owen via split dec.). Massive congratulations to Diaz on taking home another belt under the Australian Boxing Council.

Destiny Muaythai
Due to an injury, ‘Daddy’ Harry has withdrawn from his fight on Destiny Muaythai scheduled for February 26th at Mansfield Tavern. We all wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back training 100% with the fight team soon!

2021 AJJC – AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
TFC BJJ Coach Ícaro flew down to Melbourne this weekend. He competed in the Australian National Championship on Saturday and Sunday in 4 divisions! Great effort from Ícaro representing TFC on the BJJ mats, Oss!

Big shout out to Toby from Woodridge State High School for the opportunity for TFC to give back to the students. TFC donated boxing and Muay Thai gear for Toby (who is the Youth Support Coordinator) to run programs at Woodridge High and help spread our love for combat sports!
